摘要
轮对加速度是"神华号"八轴电力机车自动撒沙控制逻辑的唯一比较输入,但是这种单一的比较条件不足以反映机车复杂的运用需求。所以在有些工况下可能造成撒沙较少,依赖人工干预,也可能造成过量撒沙,造成其他不利影响。文章提出一种基于层次分析法(AHP)的多准则决策的撒沙逻辑,该方法综合考虑在机车实际运用工况,提高撒沙控制的智能化,减少人工干预。
The locomotive wheel acceleration velocity was defined as a single comparison condition in the automatic sanding control logic of "Shenhua"eight-axle electric locomotive at present, but the condition was insufficient to reflect the actual demand according to complex locomotive operating environment. So in some conditions, the sanding logic might cause less sanding and dependent on artificial intervention, or it might cause excessive sanding and cause adverse effects. A new kind of evaluation method-muti-criterion sanding logic based on Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) was proposed. This method took into account the actual operation conditions of locomotive to improve intelligence of the sanding control logic, and reduce manual intervention.
