摘要
机车无线重联同步控制系统TEC_TROMS在神华铁路批量上线运营后,为了对系统的运行情况进行记录及对故障进行分析,在系统中增加了基于Zlib的运行记录器。提出一种针对该记录器的数据分析软件的解决方案,通过对软件的解压算法、软件架构、数据路由的介绍,说明了TEC_TROMS数据分析软件的实现方法。该分析软件应用后,无线重联同步控制系统的历史惯性问题得到了分析定位,为系统的控制软件优化提供了依据,提高了系统运行质量。
After TEC_TROMS, the synchronous control system of locomotive reconnection based on wireless communication, running in batches in Shenhua railway, an operation recorder was added to the system based on the Zlib to record the running states and analysis the faults. A data analysis software solution for the recorder was presented and implemented from software's decompression algorithm, software architecture, data routing. With the application of the software, plenty of historical inertia problems was located and analyzed, which provide evidences for control optimization, improving system operation quality.
