上海凌空SOHO是集办公、商业于一体的特大型综合体建筑,其庞大的体态、动感的曲线造型给人以震撼和美感,但也给施工带来不少困难,尤其是超大面积的地下结构工程更是极具风险和挑战。针对现场实际,着重对基坑中心岛法施工、土方开挖安全及周围环境保护等关键技术和难点作了分析总结和深入思考。

Shanghai Lingkong SOHO is an extra large-scale office and commerce integrated building complex, its huge body, and dynamic curve model convey the sense of thrilling and aesthetic feeling, but also bring many difficulties to the construction. Particularly, its extra large area underground structure engineering has more risks and challenges. In view of actual construction site, focused key technologies and difficulties, such as the center island construction of foundation pit, the earthwork excavation safety, the surrounding environmental protection and etc. have been analyzed, summarized and thought deeply.
