摘要
环形梁穿钢管混凝土柱施工因为钢筋定位难以控制、模壳不易制作和混凝土浇筑困难等问题,技术难度较大,在国内亦无应用实例。结合工程实际,介绍了环形梁穿钢管混凝土柱的施工关键工艺。通过采用BIM技术、有限元模拟分析节点、钢筋定位控制等措施,保证了闭合圆弧梁的成型,对类似结构的施工具有一定的参考价值。
Because of difficult control over the rebar positioning, and other difficulties such as not easy to make formwork and pour concrete, the construction of circular girder passing through the concrete filled steel tabular column is rather difficult in technology and there is no such application example in China. Combined with the engineering practice, the key construction technology for circular girder passing through the concrete filled steel tabular column has been introduced in this paper. Through adoption of BIM technology, finite element simulation analysis node, rebar positioning control, and some other measures, the forming of closed circular girder can be ensured, which has certain reference values for the similar structure construction.
