摘要
在盾构机始发阶段无法正常掘进施工时,可采用盾构机倒拔技术将盾构机倒拔至工作井内处理。但在盾构机倒拔过程中,一定要处理好倒拔装置的设置、倒拔空腔的有效填充、洞口稳定性控制等施工难题。以上海潘广路—逸仙路电力隧道二标工程为例,通过对盾构机倒拔施工,成功将盾构机倒拔至工作井内,且有效保护周边环境,从而为以后类似特殊工况下盾构机的处理提供经验借鉴及技术支持。
When shield tunneling machine Cannot work properly at the initial stage, it can be backward pulled to the working well. However, there are several difficulties including setting of backward pull device, efficient cavity filling and stability control of the opening: Taking the second section of electric power tunnel project on Panguang Road and Yixian road as an example, the shield tunneling machine was successfully backward pulled to the working well during the construction, which efficiently protects the surrounding environment and provides reference and technical support for similar treatment of shield tunneling machine under special conditions.
