摘要
研究了微波干燥技术对焦煤干燥特性及煤质指标的影响。微波干燥可明显加快焦煤煤质分析样品水分的析出,微波功率越大,样品干燥速度越快。微波干燥对焦煤黏结性影响小,功率越大,影响越小。用于焦煤分析样品干燥,可减少煤质检测结果报出时间。
This paper studies drying properties of coking coal and index of coal quality under the influence of microwave drying technology. The dehydration rate of coking coal sample can be increased by microwave, namely, bigger rate of microwave has faster drying, while the influence of the microwave power on caking of coking coal is decreased, bigger power and less influence. The microwave dewatering technology can be used in drying coking coal,which can save report time.
