摘要 为了研究人为因素对煤矿安全事故的影响,通过近10年的煤矿事故统计资料,构建了人因失误指标评价体系,利用熵权法确定指标体系中各因素的权重,结合集对分析模型对8大类煤矿安全事故进行动态分析,对近几年的煤矿安全事故进行研究,得出导致事故发生的主要人因失误和受人因失误影响程度最高的事故。与其他方法相比,该方法解决了主观因素影响过大的问题,可为煤矿安全事故的分析评价提供一种新的方法。 In order to study the impact of the human factors on coal mine safety accidents, an evaluation system of the human error index was built according to the statistical data of the coal mine safety accidents occued in recent 10 years, the entropy method was used to determine the weight of each factor in the index system, based on the dynamic analysis of 8 kinds of coal mine safety accidents with the set pair analysis model, the study was carried out on the coal mine safety accidents in recent years, the main human errors resulting in accidents and the accidents greatly affected by the human errors were obtained. As compared with other methods, this method solved the problem of great effect of the subjective factors and can be used as a new method for analyzing and evaluating coal mine safety accidents.
