高校图书馆参与数字出版模式研究

The Mode of University Library's Participation in Digital Publishing

为提高高校图书馆在数字出版环境下的核心竞争力。从数字出版的特点出发,根据国内外高校图书馆出版服务的理论与实践经验,探讨高校图书馆参与数字出版的有效模式。认为在数字出版环境下,高校图书馆除了以资源采购商身份支撑数字出版外,更应该以盘活高校现有资源、汇聚网络零散资源、挖掘馆藏特色资源、集纳高校原创资源的模式直接参与数字出版,从而提高校图书馆数字资源建设质量和信息服务水平。

To enhance the core competitiveness of the university library in the digital publishing environment. According to the characteristics of digital publishing, this paper discussed the effective mode of university library＇s participation in digital publishing, based on the theoretical and practical experience of domestic and foreign university library publishing service. In digital publishing environment, university library should support digital publishing in addition to buyers resource ID, and make an inventory of the existing resources, gathering network scattered resources, mining the collection resource characteristics, collecting university original resources mode directly involved in digital publishing, so as to improve the quality of university library digital resources construction and information services.
