摘要
针对目前混粉准干式电火花加工中气、液、固三相流稳定雾化困难的缺点,提出新的双层夹缝混粉准干式电火花微量润滑装置的应用,并对其促进稳定雾化机理进行试验研究。结果表明采用双层夹缝混粉准干式电火花微量润滑装置能提高三相流稳定性,改善雾化状态,进而改变放电间隙及放电通道位形,从而提高工件表面质量。
Aiming at Near Dry powder mixed EDM in gas, liquid, solid three-phase flow stable atomizing difficult shortcomings,proposed new double cracks near dry powder mixed EDM application MQL device and its atomization mechanism to promote stability were discussed. Experimental studies have shown that the use of double cracks near dry powder mixed EDM MQL can enhance the stability of the three-phase flow, improve atomization state, thereby changing the discharge gap and the discharge channel bit-shaped, improve surface quality.
