促进三峡库区和谐稳定发展评价方法研究

Research on evaluation method of promoting harmonious and stable development of Three Gorges Reservoir Area

三峡库区已完成了百万移民的搬迁安置,进入了移民安稳致富的新阶段,库区社会和谐稳定对促进库区经济社会健康发展和实现全面建成小康社会的目标具有重要作用。本研究重点关注和谐库区建设思路及评价指标体系构建:一方面,从理论层面,重点论述与库区和谐社会相关的理论认识成果;另一方面,从实际管理运用层面,构建了库区和谐评价指标体系,可为移民动态管理提供有力的技术支撑。

Resettlement of million of immigrants in Three Gorges Reservoir area had been completed and the reservoir society has entered into a new stage of becoming stable and rich. The social harmony and stability plays an important role in promoting sound development of the economic and social and achieving the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all - round way in the reservoir area. This research focuses on the construction thoughts and establishment of evaluation index system of the harmonious reservoir area, on the one hand focusing on the theoretical understanding related to the harmonious society in the res- ervoir area from the theoretical level; on the other hand establishing a evaluation index system for the harmonious reservoir area from the practical management level, which can provide strong technical support for the dynamic management of immigrants.
