连续性护理在老年糖尿病患者中的应用

Application of continuity of care forelderly patients with diabetes

目的:探讨连续性护理在老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:将106例老年糖尿病患者随机分为对照组与实验组各53例,对照组采用常规护理、实验组在对照组的基础上进行连续性护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理干预后两组患者血糖、依从性均有改善,实验组患者血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.05)、依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过对老年糖尿病患者实施连续性护理干预,可以进一步降低患者血糖水平、提高治疗依从性。

Objective：The effect of continuity of nursing care for elderly patients with diabeteswasdiscussed.Methods：The 106 cases of elderly diabetes patients were randomly divided into matched group and experimental group, the conventional nursing care for 53 cases in the matched group, and the two groups of nursing effect was obtained. Results：The blood sugar levels and patient complianceof two groups patients after nursing intervention were improved, the patients of blood sugar levels and compliance in experimental groupwere more than matchedgroup （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：When the elderly patients with diabetes were implementation of continuous nursing intervention, the patients＇ blood sugar levels was further reduced and the treatment compliance was improved.
