摘要
随着自动化技术的发展与应用,无人天车技术已成为当下特种设备吊装中最前沿的技术。文章主要介绍了唐钢高强汽车板项目中无人天车系统的总体结构,详细阐述了无人天车系统中的大车、小车和主钩在各自方向上如何进行准确定位并完成自动控制时序,以及主钩自动下降完成取卷和放卷的整个控制流程。在天车吊装作业中,如何保证速度的平稳运行、主钩的摆角控制和整个控制系统的稳定高效是整个控制系统的难点,也是本文研究的主要内容。
With the continuous development and application of automation technology, the unmanned crane technology has been an advanced technology of special equipment now. This article mainly introduces the overall construction of unmanned crane in high strength automatic sheet item in Tangsteel, elaborates the system of unmanned crane truck, car and main hook in each direction and how to carry on the accurate positioning and automatic timing control, and the main hook automatically decline in the completion of the winding and unwinding of the control. This paper also studies how to ensure the speed of running smoothly, solves the difficulty of the main hook swing angle control and the control system stability.
