摘要 针对使用C和C++语言和多线程技术实现的传统模式DCS过程监控系统无法满足高并发请求要求,编程复杂导致系统开发周期过长,以及采用专业的工业控制计算机致使项目投资过大等问题,本文采用物联网开发中普遍使用的廉价树莓派嵌入式计算机取代昂贵的专业控机,采用全新的单线程、非阻塞和异步工作模式的服务器平台Vert.x和高性能的集群技术Hazelcast框架设计了新工作模式的过程监控系统。该系统具有开发简单,部署简便,可维护性好等特点,其高性能可完全满足工业监控实时性需求,并方便组成大规模的分布式监控系统。 In order to solve problems that using C or C ++ language and multi-threading technology to develop the traditional model of DCS process control system can not meet the high requirements of concurrent requests, leading to complex programming systems development cycle is too long, and the use of professional industrial control computer so that investment is too large. This paper introduces a new kind of process monitoring system which is developed with inexpensive embedded computer raspberry Pi to replace the expensive professional control PC, the new single-threaded, non-blocking, asynchronous working mode server platforms Vert. x and high-performance clustering technology framework Hazelcast. The system has developed a simple, easy deployment, maintainability characteristics, its high performance fully meet the needs of real-time industrial control, and can be easily composed of a large-scale distributed monitoring system.
