摘要
在自动扫码贴标机的动作实验模拟中,通过PLC实现条形码的技术控制,由PLC来对条形码扫描器扫描的条形码进行读取、识别并发送给上位机,检测读取的条形码是否正确。基于这一控制过程,对整个条形码识别系统结构、软/硬件设计的主要步骤和程序代码的编写做了详细的分析研究。对条形码扫描器和PLC进行通信参数的设置。通过实验验证,相较于现今市场上使用较多的条形码阅读器的软件具有了可行性,灵活性以及具有较高的性价比。
In automatic operation of experimental simulation scan code labeling machine by PLC control implementation techniques barcode, barcode scanner by the PLC to read bar code scanning, identification and sent to the host computer, barcode detection read correctly. Based on this control process, it makes a detailed analysis on the entire barcode identification system architecture, the main steps and program code of the hardware/software design, to set communication parameters of barcode scanners and PLC. Through experimental verification, compared with some barcode reader software on the market today it uses more by people, this method has the feasibility, flexibility and high performance-price ratio.
