摘要
利用风洞试验台,针对工程机械用铝制板翅式气-水冷却器进行传热和流动阻力性能试验。以空气流量为变量,分析空气侧流量对该冷却器的换热量、传热系数以及通风阻力的影响。利用Origin软件拟合得到经验关系式,为铝制板翅式气-水冷却器在工程机械领域的应用及选型提供参考依据。
Experimental study of heat transfer and flow resistance performance of aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger on a wind tunnel test rig. The parameter of the change is the air-side flow. The effects of air-side flow on heat transfer content, heat transfer coefficient and flow resistance were analyzed. In addition, the empirical relationships were obtained through the Origin. The research results could provide the basis for the selection of different aluminum plate-fin gas and water coolers in Engineering Machinery.
