大流量再生水输配系统设计运行综合优化

摘要 通过建立大流量再生水输配系统运行能耗计算的数学模型,以输配系统能耗最小为目标,得到在恒定水温差条件下响应负荷需求的变频水泵调控的运行策略。同时,改变输配系统设计管径,结合水泵的运行优化,研究在不同比摩阻范围下的输配系统初投资与运行费用关系,得出了在适当减小比摩阻范围的前提下,采用水泵变频调控运行优化策略能够有效减少系统总费用的结论。 By establishing mathematical model of operation energy consumption of reclaimed water distribution system, the operation strategy of variable-speed pump was obtained under the condition of constant water temperature difference corresponding to load requirements. Meanwhile, by changing diameters in the distribution system and combining operation optimization of the pump, the relation between the initial investment and operating cost of the distribution system was researched under different resistance ranges, and the conclusion is that the optimization strategy of variable-speed pump can reduce the total cost of the system effectively in the premise of reducing resistance ranges appropriately.
