摘要
良好的气流组织设计是保证排风柜性能实验台正常运行的基础,在检测工况下要尽量避免出现横向扰流,在全面排风工况下要提高换气效率。本文通过CFD模拟的方法对上述两种工况下几种送排风风口组合方案进行研究,得出结论:同时开启三个送风口能满足两种工况的要求。
A well designed air distribution is the fundamental of fume hood test center. In the period of testing, turbulence in front of the fume hood should be avoided, and high air exhausting efficiency is required for general ventilation. This paper use CFD to simulate the effect of different inlet and outlet combination during the two processes. A conclusion is made that three inlets should be opened to guarantee a well air distribution.
