摘要
医院作为特殊的公共建筑在建筑节能方面有很大的节能潜力,目前医院缺少完整的能源使用的记录与信息,缺少对医院各项能源消耗的分类计量和管理,用能存在不合理的情况,对以后的节能工作的有很大的阻碍。本文介绍了医院的用能特点,分析了国内外关于医院能源监控管理的现状,提出建立基于云计算的区域医院能源管理监控平台的方式,实现区域内医院能耗数据的横向对比与全方位管控,从顶层出发,合理、高效、科学地监控和管理医院的能源系统。
As a special kind of public buildings, hospitals have great potential for energy savings. Now, many hospitals are lack of the complete records and information about the energy usage, as well as energy classification measurement and management, and there are some unreasonable situation in energy usage, which all hinder the development of the future energy conservation. This paper introduces the featutre of the energy consumption, analyzes domestic and foreign status quo of energy monitor and management, puts forward the method of district hospital energy monitoring platform based on cloud computing, which can achieve the horizontal comparison and comprehensive control of the energy consumption data in district hospitals. From the perspective of top-level design, it can monitor and manage the energy system of hospitals reasonably, effectively and scientifically.
