民族高校如何通过大型学科竞赛平台提升学生能力——以中国大学生方程式汽车大赛为例

How to Promote the Ability of Students by Academic Competitions in Nationalities Universities——A case of Formula Student China

针对学生能力培养过程具有复杂性、渐进性和长期性的特点,提出利用大型学科竞赛平台提升学生能力的方案。结合大型学科竞赛具有实施周期长、综合性强以及内容复杂等特点,利用整个活动过程中的多种动机强化手段和多个迁移机会,使学生能够全程积极参与到竞赛过程中。民族高校可利用此类理想的训练平台提升学生能力。

Ability training is complex, gradual and long- term. Aiming at the characteristics of ability training, a scheme of promoting ability of students using academic competitions is pro- posed. Combined with the features of long - term, complex and comprehensive content of large subject contests, using multiple motivation strengthening methods and transfer chances, students are made to take part in the contests fully. Nationalities universities can utilize this ideal training platform to improve the ability of students.
