粉细砂地层浅埋暗挖车站施工工法比选研究 被引量:4

On the Comparative Choice of the Construction Scheme for the Shallow-Buried Under-Cut Subway Station in the Fine-Sand Stratum

摘要 对深孔注浆地层固结体进行了室内三轴试验及常规力学试验,得到固结体的各物理力学参数,且通过分析认为三轴试验所得各指标更符合固结体实际情况。在此基础上,对粉细砂地层浅埋暗挖车站柱洞法、侧洞法和CRD法等施工工法进行了数值模拟比选,对比分析了地表沉降、结构应力和周边地层塑性区特征,提出了合理的施工工法建议。研究结果为石家庄地铁平安大街站施工提供了技术支持,也可供类似工程参考。 Direct shear tests,tri-axial tests and other laboratory tests are made of the deep-hole-grouted solidified bodies on the stratum,with the various physical and mechanical parameters of them obtained.According to our analyses,all the targets obtained from the tri-axial tests are considered to be more in agreement with the actual conditions of the solidified bodies,upon the basis of which the column-hole method,the side-hole method and the CRD method for the construction of the shallow-buried under-cut subway station in the fine powdered sand stratum are numerically simulated,compared and selected,with their different ground subsidence,structural stresses,and the plastic characteristics of the surrounding strata compared and analyzed,and some rational suggestions on the construction approaches put forward.The results of our research provide technical support for the construction of the Peace Street Subway Station of the Shijiazhuang Metro and may also serve as a useful reference for other projects of similar types.
