基于ANP的城镇道路军车安全行驶影响因素分析

An ANP-Based Analysis of the Influential Factors of the Safe Driving of Military Vehicles on Urban Highways

以分析影响城镇道路中军车安全行驶的因素为切入口,从驾驶员、车辆、城市道路、环境四个角度提取要素,建立起军车安全行驶影响因素指标体系。以网络层次分析法基本原理建立模型,利用德尔菲法确定元素组间的相互影响并建立判断矩阵,借助超级决策SD软件进行计算求解,最终得到各元素组的权重及其排序。从组内和全局两个角度分别对排序结果进行分析。通过分析认为,要确保军车安全行驶,从部队角度而言要做好对驾驶员的训练与教育以及对车辆的管理与检查。

Starting with analyzing the influential factors of the safe driving of military vehicles on urban roads,the main elements are gathered from the four angles of respectively the driver,the vehicle,the urban road and the surroundings,upon the basis of which the target system of the influential factors of the safe driving of military vehicles on urban roads is established in the paper,and an evaluation model is thus set up in the light of the ANP.The Delphi Method is used to determine the interaction among the various elements and to establish the judgment matrix,upon the basis of which the weights of each element group and its ranking are obtained with the super decision-making software.Finally,the results of the weights and the ranking order are analyzed respectively from the angle of the element group and the global perspective.According to the results of the analyses,it is found that only by doing agood job of training and educating drivers and strengthening the management and supervision of military vehicles the safe driving can be safely ensured.
