摘要
膨胀土高边坡路堑坡脚通常设计为人工挖孔的矩形截面锚固桩防护。针对某工程提出了旋挖钻机成孔矩形截面锚固桩的新方案,对方案的可行性进行了研究,并与人工挖孔方案进行对比;详细介绍了旋挖钻机成孔矩形截面锚固桩施工技术。结果表明:膨胀土路堑地段锚固桩采用旋挖钻机成孔施工,不仅技术上可行,而且能极大程度缩短工期并保证施工安全,经济效益良好,对同类工程施工具有借鉴意义。
The slope foot of the high expensive soil side-slope through is usually designed to be protected with manually-dug rectangular-sectioned anchor piles.Aiming at a certain project,in the paper suggested is a new scheme of rotatory-drill-bored-hole rectangular sectioned piles.The feasibility of the new scheme is studied,and compared with the scheme of manually-dug holes.The construction techniques of rotatory-dill-bored holes for rectangular sectioned anchor piles are introduced in detail in the paper.The result of our research shows that it is not only technically feasible to use the rotary drill to bore holes for rectangular sectioned anchor piles in the through of expansive-soil sections,but also the new techniques help shorten the construction duration to a great extent,with the security of construction and good economic benefit ensured.The project may serve as a useful reference for other projects of similar types in the future.
