摘要
目的建立芦黄参花胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对大黄、黄芪和红花进行薄层鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定样品中丹酚酸B的含量。结果大黄、黄芪和红花薄层色谱斑点清晰、分离效果良好、阴性无干扰;含量测定中丹酚酸B在0.10~1.00μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),精密度、稳定性、重复性试验RSD均<3%,平均加样回收率为98.81%,RSD为0.52%(n=6),三批样品含量测定结果分别为0.2221、0.5284、1.7427 mg/g。结论所建立的定性、定量方法准确性和重复性良好,可作为芦黄参花胶囊的质量控制方法 。
Objective To establish the quality satandard of Luhuang Shenhua Capsules. Methods The Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma, Astragali Radix and Carthami Flos were identified by TLC. HPLC was conducted for the content of detemination of salvianolic acid B. Results The spots in TLC were clear with good separation and specificity. The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0.10-1.00 μg（r =0.9999）, RSDs of precision, stablity and reproducibility tests were all lower than 3%. The average recovery was 98.81%（RSD =0.52%, n =6）. The results of the three batches of samples were0.2221, 0.5284, 1.7427 mg/g. Conclusion The method is simple, specific, accurate and reliable. It can be used in the quality control of Luhuang Shenhua Capsules.
