通经草研究概况

Research progress on Aleuritopteris argentea(Gmél.) Fée

通经草为蒙古族常用药,但在传统中医临床中应用较少,有关其化学成分、药理作用及临床应用的研究报道也不多。为开发利用该药用植物资源,本文在系统查阅文献的基础上,对通经草的研究概况进行了归纳总结,内容包括植株形态与生长习性、药材性状与真伪鉴别、化学成分、药理活性与临床应用等。总结发现,通经草主要含甾醇类、黄酮类、萜类及多糖类成分,具有良好的抗氧化、明目、利尿、抗菌等药理活性,临床药用历史悠久,最后指出了研究与应用中存在的问题。

Aleuritopteris argentea（Gmél.） Fée is a more commonly used Mongolian, but there are less reserch on its chemical composition, pharmacological effects and clinical application. In this paper, the research development of Aleuritopteris argentea（Gmél.） Fée is systematically summarized, including its morphological and growth habit, medicinal properties and identification, chemical constituents, pharmacological activities and clinical application. It contains large amounts of sterols, flavonoids, terpenes and polysaccharide chemical constituents, Aleuritopteris argentea（Gmél.） Fée has good resistance to oxidation, eyesight, diuretic, antimicrobial pharmacological effects, and the existing research problems about Aleuritopteris argentea（Gmél.） Fée are also summed up.
