Research status and progress on influence factors of caregiver burden of Alzheimer disease

本文综述了阿尔茨海默病照顾者和照顾者负担的相关概念。照顾者主要负担包括身体负担、情感负担、社会负担、经济负担;照顾者负担的影响因素主要包括患者的一般情况、认知功能和精神行为症状、生活自理能力,照顾者的年龄、性别、文化程度、健康状况、照顾时间、自我效能及应对方式、社会支持和经济等,旨在为实施有针对性的干预措施提供参考。

It reviews the concepts on caregiver and caregiver burden of Alzheimer disease. Primary caregiver burden includes body burden, emotional burden, social burden and economic burden. Influence factors of caregiver burden mainly includes the patient＇s general condition, cognitive function, mental symptoms and living self-care ability, and caregiver＇s age, gender, educational level, health status, take care of time, self-efficacy, coping styles, social support and economic, etc. It aims to provide a reference for the implementation of targeted interventions.
