摘要
目的探讨对临床医学专业六年制留学生的外科学理论教学模式,比较情景教学法+案例式立体教学法(CTTM)与问题教学法(PBL)的教学效果。方法 2016年2~7月,选择三峡大学医学院2012级留学生2个大班,随机抽取1个班为实验组,实施情景+CTTM教学模式;另1个班作为对照组,采用PBL教学模式。整个学期的外科学课程结束后,通过考试考核和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果实验组在满意度、临床能力测试成绩、卷面成绩3方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在留学生的教学课程中,采用情景+CTTM教学模式较PBL教学模式更能激发学生学习的兴趣,有助于提高学生各方面成绩,值得在留学生教育中推广。
Objective To explore the different teaching effects between situational teaching method combined with case three-dimensional teaching method(CTTM) and problem-based learning(PBL) teaching method in the teaching clinical medicine course of foreign students. Methods From February to July 2016, two classes of 2012 batch foreign students from Medical College of China Three Gorges University were selected, one class was as experimental group and another class was as control group. The students in the experimental group studied by the situational teaching model combined with CTTM, and the students in the control group studied by PBL teaching mode. After the whole semester′ s surgery courses were completed, the teaching effects were evaluated by examination and questionnaire survey. Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of satisfaction ratio, clinical ability test scores, and theoretical test score; the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of foreign students,situational teaching method combined with CTTM can stimulate learning interest, and improve the achievements in all aspects. It is worth popularizing in the education of overseas students.
