摘要
在SRM轴承的疲劳寿命威布尔分布模型基础上,建立疲劳应力-寿命三参数可靠性预计模型。针对实际运行过程中存在的转子偏心现象,建立转子小偏心情况下绕组不同连接方式的有限元模型,并分析电机绕组的不同连接方式对径向力的影响,然后对轴承载荷进行分析后,认为SRM轴承载荷近似为正弦分布。通过对绕组串、并联时的电磁力进行对比分析,发现绕组并联时电机转子所受的单边磁拉力较串联时小,由此可知绕组并联方式有利于提高了轴承的使用寿命。最后运用疲劳应力-寿命三参数模型对轴承进行可靠性预计,并运用Matlab/Simulink得到绕组串、并联下的可靠度曲线。
A reliability model derived in term of fatigue stress-life mode with three parameters to calculate the reliability of SRM rolling bearing was established. Because of the eccentric rotor of SRM and the influence on the radial force for different connection type of the motor's winding,a transient finite element model(FEM)of SRM with eccentric rotor and different winding connection type was established. After the simulation and analysis on the bearing load,made a conclusion that the shape of the bearing load of SRM approximate comply with sinusoidal distribution. And after comparative analysis on these two different models,it's proved that the parallel connection has much lower unbalanced magnetic force and the extended life length. At last,used the fatigue stress-life interference mode with three parameters to calculate the bearing reliability of the two SRM models in advance and obtained the reliability curve of the two SRM models with the Matlab/Simulink.
