摘要
提出了一种贴片式三角形旋转超声电机,该电机采用贴片式结构,实现了电机的小型化设计。该电机将6片d31模式的压电陶瓷片粘贴在一个三角形的钢基体外表面。通过对贴片陶瓷施加正弦交流电压,在三角形基体内激励出两个不同的振动模态。通过将两个不同的振动进行叠加,在3个驱动足处形成了具有驱动作用的椭圆运动。采用有限元分析方法的模态分析和瞬态分析对该三角形电机进行设计分析,成功的实现了两个振动模态的频率简并,并获得了驱动足的椭圆运动轨迹。结果表明,当该贴片式三角形旋转超声电机定子和外侧圆环形转子接触时,在预紧力的作用下,3个驱动足处的椭圆运动轨迹能够实现圆环形转子的旋转运动。
A triangle-type rotary piezoelectric motor with three driving feet was proposed. It adopted bonded-type structure to realize the miniaturization. Six pieces of PZT ceramic plates working at d31 vibration mode are bonded on the out surface of the three side beams of the triangle-shape steel base. By applying two sinusoidal alternating voltages,two different vibration modes were stimulated in the triangle-shape steel base. Elliptical movements which are of driving ability were obtained on the three driving feet by the superimposing of the two different vibrations. Modal analysis and transient analysis were used to design and analyze the proposed motor. The two different vibration modes were tuned to be close successfully and the elliptical movements of the three driving feet were obtained. Results show that,when an annulus rotor is in contact with the stator under certain preload,the elliptical movements can drive the annulus rotor in to rotation.
