摘要
传统PI控制算法和电流截止负反馈相结合的转速反馈直流调速系统控制方案,仅解决了系统的安全性问题,起到了限流保护的作用。但是系统响应慢,快速性和抗干扰能力达不到控制要求。针对此控制方案的不足,在原系统改进的基础上,提出一种基于预测PI算法和组合积分环节相结合的控制策略,介绍了工作原理,对改进前后系统进行实时对比仿真研究。仿真结果表明,预测PI控制的调速系统不仅具有良好的稳态性能和过流保护作用,且动态性能和抗干扰能力都得到了很大改善。
The speed feedback DC speed system control scheme,combining traditional PI control algorithm and current cut-off negative feedback,only to ensure system's security and protect current limiting,but the system respond slowly,its speed and anti-jamming ability are not up to the control requirements. Thus,for the control scheme's shortcoming,a control strategy was put forward on the basis of the improved system,which combined predictive PI algorithm and combined integral process,introducing the working principle and having a real-time comparison and simulation on the system before and after improvement. The simulation results show that the predictive PI control system,besides having a good stability performance and over current protection,its dynamic performance and anti-interference ability has also been greatly improved.
