广州市财政支出结构对经济增长影响的实证研究

An Case Study of the Influence of Guangzhou Financing Expenditure on Economic Growth

研究表明当生产性财政支出与消费性财政支出实际比值达到最优比时,政府效用最大化。本文利用广州市2000-2014年的历史数据分析发现,广州市生产性财政支出与消费性财政支出实际比值比最优比值小,财政支出结构存在优化空间,可增加高弹性生产性财政支出、减少商务服务等消费性财政支出比例以促进经济增长。

It shows that when the actual ratio of productive financing expenditure and non - productive finan- cing expenditure comes to the optimal ratio, government utility comes to maximization. Through a data analysis of 2000 to 2014 of Guangzhou,we find that the actual ratio of productive financing expenditure and non -productive financing expenditure of Guangzhou is less than the optimal ratio. Financing expenditure structure should be opti- mized and productive financing expenditure with high flexibility can be increased and non - productive financing ex- penditure, such as commercial service financing expenditure, should be decreased so as to promote economic growth.
