Energy Consumption Analysis of an Office Building in Ji'nan City

对济南市某既有办公建筑的能耗情况进行调查分析,提出节能思路。办公设备、夏季电制冷空调系统是该办公建筑的主要耗电设备,应考虑办公设备、室内照明装置、空调系统的综合节能管理。建设能耗监测平台,对不同类型能耗设备进行分项能耗监测,设置通信接口,实现能耗数据实时监控。

The energy consumption of an exist- ing office building in Ji＇nan City is investigated and an- alyzed, and an idea for energy saving is proposed. Of- fice equipment and electric refrigeration air condition- ing system in summer are the main power consumption equipment of the office building. The integrated energy management of office equipment, indoor lighting device and air conditioning system should be considered. The energy consumption monitoring platform is built to mo- nitor energy consumption of different types of energy consumption equipment, and communication interface is set to achieve real-time monitoring of energy con- sumption data.
