摘要
阐述生活垃圾填埋气概况及沼气提纯生产生物天然气方法,提出快速变压吸附技术原理、装置及流程,指出利用动力学分子直径的差异及可将CH_4和N_2有效分离。列举提纯生活垃圾填埋气应用实例,应用快速变压吸附技术可得到满足车用压缩天然气标准的生物天然气。
The general situation of domestic waste landfill gas and the bio-natural gas method pro- duced by biogas purification are elaborated. The prin- ciple, device and process of rapid cycle pressure swing adsorption technology are presented. It is pointed out that the differences between the kinetic molecular di- ameters can be used for effective separation of CH4 and N2. Some application examples in purification of do- mestic waste landfill gas are enumerated. The applica- tion of rapid cycle pressure swing adsorption technology can obtain bio-natural gas meeting the standard for ve- hicle CNG.
