两种麻醉方法对小儿耳鼻喉手术后躁动的影响效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】比较两种麻醉方式对小儿耳鼻喉手术后躁动的影响,为临床麻醉选择提供参考依据。【方法】本院接受耳鼻喉手术患儿120例,随机分为A组与B组。两组患者均采用7%七氟醚诱导麻醉。在此基础上,A组采用2%-3%七氟醚维持,B组采用丙泊酚维持[150—250μL/(kg·min)],比较两组手术及术后躁动和疼痛发生情况。【结果】两组手术时间、停药至清醒时间以及恢复室滞留时间相比较差异均无显著性(P〈0.05)。A组儿童麻醉后躁动评分(PAED)为(11.64±2.02)分,明显高于B组(7.98±1.64)分,且差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。A组疼痛评分量表(rn—CHEOPS)评分为(5.36±1.53)分,虽然高于B组(3.41±1.02)分,但两组相比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。【结论】丙泊酚维持麻醉小儿术后躁动发生情况明显低于七氟醚麻醉,且疼痛评分低于七氟醚麻醉,临床上应值得优先考虑。
