根据PET反应釜液位计的检测原理,结合实际生产,对PET装置反应釜液位计可能异常情况分析,并指出在反应釜液位计发生异常时的工艺处理措施。如通过反应釜进出料量、温度、减半电流等相关参数的控制,实现反应釜液位的稳定控制,避免液位异常造成的生产波动。并从工艺和仪表正确使用和日常维护角度,指出避免液位计异常的重要措施。

According to the detection principle of liquid level gauge of polyester reactor, combination with the actual production of polyester, the abnormal situation of reactor level gauge in PET plant was introduced, and the process treatment measures when the reactor level gauge abnormal were pointed out. Through the controlling of relevant pa- rameters such as the reactor feeding and discharging amount, temperature, half current and other parameters , the stable control of the reactor liquid level was achieved, the production fluctuations caused by abnormal liquid level was avoided. And from the point of view of correct using of technology and instrument and daily maintenance, the important measures to avoid liquid level gauge abnormal were pointed out.
