探讨了在高负荷下中纺院装置浆料泵单台故障后处理方法。中纺院装置设计浆料输送为双泵同时运行,当一台浆料泵出现故障需要维修时,如何快速、平稳、有效的恢复PTA浆料进料,从而稳定生产,减小对酯化反应的影响。

The postprocessing method of the faults of China Textile Academy （CTA） single unit slurry, pump under high load was discussed. The CTA design of the device for conveying slun＇y is double pump running at the same time, when one slurry pump failure need maintenance, how to fast, stable, effective recovery of PTA slurry feed, so as to stabilize the production and reduce the influence on the esterification reaction.
