浅谈提高PBT熔体滤芯清洗品质的必要性及方法

Preliminary discussion on the necessity and method of improving the filter elements cleaning quality of PBT melt

对影响过滤器切换频次的影响因素进行分析,包括工艺控制、生产负荷、滤芯使用寿命和滤芯的清洗品质等,最后得出:目前最应采取的措施是提高滤芯的清洗品质,通过对比,采用三甘醇清洗法代替目前使用的高温水蒸气清洗法将有效提高滤芯的清洗效果。

The influence factors of filter switching frequency are analyzed, which including process control, produc- tion load, filter element service life and cleaning quality. Finally, it is concluded that the most effective measure is to improve the cleaning quality of the filter element. By comparison, using triethylene glycol cleaning method in- stead of the high temperature steam cleaning method will effectively improve the cleaning effect of the filter element.
