摘要 人体生命活动过程中,可以产生活性分子,即氧自由基。自由基的产生分为两个渠道:一是机体氧化代谢中产生自由基。二是辐射、环境污染以及不良生活习惯等产生自由基氧自由基可对细胞间信号有调节作用,可促进其传递和生长,同时对细菌和病毒有抑制作用,但若氧自由基过多,则会使核酸以及蛋白质等出现变性现象,损伤组织器官与细胞,进而引发多种疾病,使机体老化速度加快。因内源性因素造成的皮肤老化即自然老化是无法避免的,但针对外源性因素影响下的皮肤老化问题,相关学者提出了多种不同看法,而其中氧自由基损伤是皮肤老化的重要原因之一。本文首先分析皮肤疾病、皮肤老化问题与氧自由基损伤之间的关系,最后提出避免自由基损伤给皮肤美容造成影响的有效措施。 In the process of human life, we can produce active molecules, namely, oxygen free radicals. The production of freeradicals is divided into two channels: one is the oxidation of the body to generate free radicals. Two is the radiation, environmental pollution and bad habits to produce free radical oxygen free radicals to regulate intercellular signal, can promote the growth and transfer, also has inhibitory effect on bacteria and viruses, but if the excess oxygen radicals, will make the nucleic acid and proteins from denaturation, damage to tissues and organs with the cell, and cause a variety of diseases, the body aging speed. Due to the endogenous factors of skin aging is the natural aging is inevitable, but because of the influence of exogenous factors under the skin aging problem, relevant scholars put forward many different views, and the oxygen free radical injury is one of the important causes of skin aging. This paper first analyzes the relationship between skin diseases, skin aging and oxygen free radical damage, and finally puts forward some effective measures to avoid the impact of free radical damage to skin beauty.
