在酿酒生产中采用三联锅甑可充分利用人力和节约时间,吨酒节汽0.12t,全年可节约蒸汽成本10万元以上;设备耐腐性提高,可降低日常维护费用,延长设备使用寿命。(孙悟)
In order to make full use of labors and save time ,we applied the technique of trilink cooking pots in liquor production which presented the following advantages:0.12ton steam saved for per ton of liquor and over0.1million RMB steam costs saved an-nually;furthermore,the corrosion resistance of facilities improved so that the daily facilities maintenance costs could be reduced,and the service life of facilities would prolong.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
