无定形Sn/P复合粉体作为可逆储钠负极材料的性能研究

摘要 采用高能球磨法制备了具有无定形结构的Sn/P复合材料Sn4P3,考察了Sn与P的不同摩尔比对球磨产物的结构和电化学性能的影响。结构分析表明,不同的锡磷摩尔比对球磨产物的结构影响不大,均有产生Sn4P3合金的趋势。电化学分析表明,按Sn∶P=4∶3(摩尔比)得到的Sn4P3合金表现出了良好的电化学性能,其首次放电比容量为452mAh/g,首次库伦效率到达61.5%,50次循环后容量保持率为88.7%。 Sn/P composite Sn_4P_3 with amorphous structure was prepared by high energy ball milling.The effect of the difference molar ratio between Sn and P on the structures and electrochemical properties of milled product was examined.Structure analysis showed that the different molar ratio of Sn and P had little effect on the structure of product,there was a tendency to form Sn_4P_3 alloy.Electrochemical analysis showed that Sn and P in a 4∶3 molar ratio shown excellent electrochemical properties of Sn_4P_3 alloy,its first discharge capacity was 452mAh/g,coulombic efficiency was 61.5% for the first time,and capacity retention was 88.7% after 50 cycles.
