摘要
以静电纺热塑性弹性体(TPEE)纳米纤维膜为模板,结合水热法成功制得花瓣状结构的有机-无机复合纳米纤维膜[TPEE@Mg(OH)_2],并对其进行表征及除铬性能研究。表征结果显示:当水温为40℃,水热时间2h时,TPEE纳米纤维膜表面形成了明显具有花瓣结构的Mg(OH)_2纳米粒子。除铬结果表明:制备的复合纳米纤维膜具有优良的除铬性能,在pH值为2,6d后吸附达到平衡,除铬率可达74%,循环使用5次后除铬率仍可以保持在50%左右,具有较好的循环利用性能。
A hierarchical composite nanofibrous membrane-a electrospun plastic elastomer ester(TPEE)fibrous framework loaded with Mg(OH)_2 nanoparticles-was prepared through electrospinning technique and hydrothermal strategy.The result revealed that TPEE@Mg(OH)_2 composite nanofibrous membrane had a better morphology at 40℃/2h.Cr(Ⅵ)-removal experiments were carried out to study the influence of adsorption time and pH.It was demonstrated that the best pH was 2,equilibrium time was 6days and the removal efficiency was 74%.Furthermore,the freestanding composite membrane was easily separated from liquid solutions and showed a stable recyclable property after desorption treatment(50%,after five circles).
