湿法纺丝制备聚丙烯腈/氧化石墨烯复合纤维及其抗紫外性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 将氧化石墨烯(GO)添加到溶剂N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)中制备不同GO含量的纺丝液,利用湿法纺丝技术制备聚丙烯腈/氧化石墨烯(PAN/GO)复合纤维,得到的复合纤维进行致密化及热定型处理;再进行力学性能、抗紫外性能测试。结果表明:制备的PAN/GO复合纤维平均拉伸断裂强度在2.0cN/dtex以上,能够满足织造要求。和纯PAN纤维织物相比,PAN/GO复合纤维织物抗紫外性能测试结果显示,其紫外线防护因子值(UPF值)在89~108范围内,属于50+级别,表明复合织物对紫外线具有优异的屏蔽效果。 The spinning solutions with different GO concentration were prepared by adding different contents of GO into the N,N-dimethyl acetamide(DMAc)solvent,and then polyacrylonitrile/graphene oxide(PAN/GO)composit fibers were wet-spun.The as-prepared fibers were dealed with densification and heat setting process.Finally,Mechanical properties and ultraviolet resistance properties of fibers were tested.The results showed that the average tensile fracture strength of fibers were above 2.0cN/dtex,which could meet the requirements of further weaving process.Compared with the fabric from pure PAN fibers,the ultraviolet protection factor(UPF)of fabric doped with GO was within the range of 89~108,which belonged to the level of 50+.The results showed that the fabrics had excellent shielding effect to ultraviolet ray.
