摘要
采用化学处理方法降解废旧羽绒服的外部面料,利用产物对苯二甲酸乙二醇(BHET)与异氰酸酯、水、硅油、辛酸亚锡反应制备出硬质聚氨酯泡沫,由于泡沫软硬段比例可以调整而被广泛应用于阻尼材料,因此研究其阻尼性能极为必要,研究表明:乙二醇加入量的增加对RPUF材料阻尼性能有阻碍作用;孔径的变化对材料玻璃化转变温度影响不大,但对阻尼温度区间有较大的影响;阻燃剂的添加对其阻尼性能有阻碍作用。
By adopting the method of chemical degradation of waste degradation external jacket fabrics,the product terephthalic acid glycol(BHET)reacted with isocyanate,water,silicone oil and stannous caprylate to preparing rigid polyurethane foam.Due to the hard and soft foam segment ratio can be adjusted and was widely used in damping material,and the damping performance was very necessary.Study showed that 1,the increase of amount of ethylene glycol decreased damping performance of RPUF material;2,the change of aperture size had a little influence on,glass transition temperature of the material,but had a larger effect on the damping temperature range;3,adding of fire retardant decreased the damping properties of the material.
