欠发达地区开展医务志愿者服务的探索与思考

Discussion and thoughts on medical voluntary service in developing area

开展包括青年医务人员、医学生、医生子女、社会人员等群体广泛参与的医务志愿者服务工作,对于倡导社会文明新风、增进医患沟通交流、培育医务人员职业精神、发挥示范引领作用、树立医院及医务人员良好社会形象、构建和谐医患关系具有重要意义。通过对兰州大学第一医院开展医务志愿者服务工作状况进行分析,指出在欠发达地区开展医务志愿者服务工作面临的困境,并对如何进一步做好医务志愿者服务工作提出对策和建议。

Medical voluntary work participated by young medical staff, medical students, medical staff＇s children and the publics has played very role on promoting spiritual civilization, improving hospital patient communication, strengthening medical staff＇s professionalism, leading good image of hospital and medical staff and building harmonious hospital patient relationship. By the analysis on status quo of medical voluntary service in the 1st hospital of Lanzhou University, problems of medical voluntary service in developing area has been discussed and suggestions on further improving medical voluntary service are also proposed.
