摘要
介绍了江苏省人民医院"ANGELS"志愿者服务模式,分析了该院志愿者服务存在的问题,提出了进一步开展志愿者服务工作的策略,即加强志愿者常规化、规范化和专业化管理,拓宽志愿者招募渠道,改进志愿者管理流程,建立人性化、长期性激励机制;打造"社工志工融合服务平台",以专业社工带动、促进医院志愿者服务健康发展;推进"新常态"下医院社会工作开展。
ANGEL voluntary service mode in Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital was introduced and problems were analyzed. Countermeasures which can be described as strengthening voluntary service normal, regular and professional management, adding volunteer recruit, promoting volunteer management process, building humanistic and long term incentive mechanism, establishing integrated volunteer service platform and promoting hospital voluntary service healthy development under the environment of new normal.
