构建电子病历系统,实现电子病历资源共享是当前医院发展的重中之重。通过介绍国内现有电子病历共享的3种方式,探讨了由于医院间存在利益纷争、电子病历安全隐患高、电子病历标准化难度高所导致的当前实现电子病历资源共享的障碍。从增加国家财政补贴、建立有效监管机制、建立统一标准化病历3方面有针对性地提出了如何推动电子病历资源共享。

Electronic medical record based medical resources sharing is more and more important for hospital development. Based on the analysis of 3 modes of electronic medical record sharing in China, barriers such as the interest distribution, the high hidden risk of electronic medical record safety and the difficulties on electronic record standardization also discussed. Countermeasures such as adding financial subsidy, building effective inspection mechanism and establishing standard medical record have been proposed.
