Research Status on High Strength Steel and Its Welding for Construction Machinery

随着工程机械用钢向高强高韧方向发展,其对焊接性的要求也越来越高。本文介绍了国内外工程机械用高强钢的强度级别、主要生产厂家及钢材型号,并论述了工程起重机、土石方机械、混凝土机械及液压支架等工程机械用高强钢及其焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接工艺等研究现状。

With the development of the steel for construction machinery to high strength and high toughness,its requirement for welding is also higher and higher. The strength level, the main manufacturers and steel type of high strength steel for construction machinery in China and other counlries were introduced. The research status of high strength steels for construction machinery （construction crane, earthwork machinery, concrete machinery and hydraulic support etc.） and their welding method, welding material and welding process were discussed.
