摘要
以ZL107铝合金阀体为对象,对振动铸造时机进行理论研究,然后根据正交试验法,选用不同振动铸造时机下的铸件与普通金属型铸件进行对比,从ZL107铝合金阀体铸件的金相组织、力学性能等方面,综合分析振动铸造时机对铸件质量的影响。通过研究表明:浇注开始进行振动更有利于细化晶粒,即振动细化的最佳时期在金属液凝固的早期,能够大大提高铸件的力学性能。并得到一个最佳振动时机下的工艺参数组合:即浇注前振动25 s,浇注中振动9 s,凝固时振动100 s。
Taking ZL107 aluminum alloy valve body as object, the timing of vibration casting was theoretically studied. Based on the orthogonal tests, the castings with different timing of vibration casting were compared with the ordinary metal mold casting. From the aspects of microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL107 aluminum alloy valve body, the influence of the vibration casting timing on the casting quality was analyzed. The results show that the vibration at the beginning of pouring is more conducive to grain refinement, and it greatly improves the mechanical properties. Finally, there is a combination of optimal process parameters, that is vibration of 25 s before pouring, vibration of 9 s during pouring, vibration of 100 s in the solidification.
