摘要 基于ProCAST软件模拟了悬索桥主索鞍裸件的凝固过程,找到主索鞍热节所在位置,完成了冒口设计;结合主索鞍的结构特点,设计出初始浇注系统,对主索鞍浇注充型过程进行了数值模拟。根据模拟结果,改进了初始设计方案,获得了合理的浇注系统和铸造工艺优化方案。该优化方案对实现主索鞍的高质量铸造成型具有重要的技术价值。 The solidification process of suspension bridge's main cable saddle was simulated by means of ProCAST software.The hot spots of main cable saddle were found, and the risers were designed. Based on the structure characteristics of main cable saddle, the initial pouring system was designed, and the numerical simulation of filling process of main cable saddle was carried out. According to the simulation results, the initial process was optimized, and the reasonable gating system and optimized casting technique were obtained. The optimized scheme has important technical value for the high quality casting of main cable saddle.
