摘要
为了分析轧制与模锻对刀圈性能的影响,通过实验对两种刀圈的力学性能、金属流线和晶粒组织进行了对比研究。结果表明:轧制成形的刀圈力学性能较好,流线形态与刀圈截面的几何形状相似,微观组织存在渗碳体偏聚现象;模锻成形的刀圈力学性能较差,流线形态与刀圈截面的几何形状有较大差异,但组织均匀性和晶粒度较好。
In order to analyze the influence of rolling and die forging on the performance of the cutter ring, the mechanical properties, metal flow lines and microstructure of the two kinds of the cutter ring were studied by experiments. The results show that the mechanical properties of the cutter ring formed by rolling is better, flow lines shape is similar to the cross section of the cutter ring, and segregation of cementite exists in the microstructure. The mechanical properties of the cutter ring formed by die forging is poor, flow lines form and the geometry of the cutting circle section are quite different. But the uniformity and the grain size of the microstructure are better.
