摘要
采用不同的温度对42CrNiMo汽车连杆进行了锻造,并进行了锻件拉伸性能、冲击性能和耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明,随着始锻温度从1050℃增至1200℃或终锻温度从760℃增至960℃,汽车连杆的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率、冲击吸收功均先增大后减小,磨损体积先减小后增大。优化的连杆始锻温度为1180℃、终锻温度为860℃,此时连杆的抗拉强度936 MPa、屈服强度788 MPa、断后伸长率14.8%、冲击吸收功47J、磨损体积26×10^(-3)mm^3。
The 42CrNiMo automobile connecting rods were forged at different temperatures, and the tensile properties, impact properties and wear resistance properties of forgings were tested and analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and impact absorbing energy of automobile connecting rods increase firstly and then decrease, while the wear volume firstly decreases and then increases with the initial forging temperature increasing from 1050℃ to 1200 ℃ or final forging temperature increasing from 760 ℃ to 960 ℃. The optimized initial forging temperature and final forging temperature of connecting rods are 1180 ℃ and 860 ℃, respectively. Under this condition, the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, impact absorbing energy and wear volume are 936 MPa, 788 MPa, 14.8%, 47 J and 26×10^-3mm^3, respectively.
